Common questions
I forgot my password.
Reset it here. We'll email you a link. (If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder.)
How do I move my progress to a new device?
Create or sign in to an account in the app on your old device first, so it saves your progress. Then sign in with the same account on the new device and your verses, coins, pals and streak come along. Progress made as a guest stays on the device it was made on.
How do streaks and streak freezes work?
Finish at least one verse run in a day to keep your streak going (the day is your device's local day). If you miss a day, a streak freeze covers it automatically. You can hold up to two, bought with coins from the flame in the top bar. Tap the flame to see the last seven days.
My streak or coins look wrong.
Progress syncs with your account about once a minute while you're signed in and online. If something still looks wrong after a minute or two, email us with the date and what you expected, and we can look at your account and fix it.
How do I turn the daily reminder off?
Tap the flame in the top bar and switch off "Daily reminder", or turn off notifications for Verse Runner in the iPhone Settings app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: open the account screen and choose Delete account. Or on the web: delete-account page. Deleting permanently removes your account and saved progress.
Which Bible translations are available?
Use the translation switcher on the home screen. See the translation credits for the notices.
Where do I get the books?
The books behind the verse collections are sold at ScriptureMemory.com.
